NOTICE: Autoscaler UI Unavailable on PWS beginning 2018-04-26

On 4/26/2017 the existing App Autoscaler UI will be removed on PWS. A new UI will be available through AppsManager in the coming weeks.
The Autoscaler team recommends using the latest beta version of the Autoscaler CLI Plugin (https://network.pivotal.io/products/pcf-app-autoscaler#/releases/87955) or the Autoscaler API (http://docs.pivotal.io/pivotalcf/autoscaler-api/v2/).
