As of November 4, 2019, Pivotal Web Services will be removing support for TLS 1.1 from the shared domain *.cfapps.io. Continuing TLS 1.1 support presents a security risk and with support for TLS 1.2 or higher being nearly universal, there is no compelling reason to continue supporting TLS 1.1.

Support for TLS 1.1 will be removed for all major browsers throughout 2020. In the rare case in which you are accessing apps on a route using the cfapps.io with a client that does not support TLS 1.2 or higher, you will need to switch to an updated client that does.
