Find Your Way with ServiceNow Learning Paths

What’s the fastest way to drive from Boston to Cincinnati?
If you’re like me, it’s impossible to know the best route without some expert help. And it’s not a great idea to just start driving – you need to know where you’re going before you start. Without a map (or a good GPS), you may never make it past Buffalo. Or you might get to Cincinnati, but only after taking a 700-mile detour.
It’s the same with learning new skills. Too often, people take the training route they think they need, rather than what they actually need. Why? Because they haven’t got a map.
At ServiceNow, we have that map. It’s called Learning Paths, and it’s our new role-based training and certification program. Each learning path gives you the fastest route to your destination, whether that’s implementing ServiceNow ITSM, administering ServiceNow Customer Service Management, or developing on the ServiceNow platform.
ServiceNow Learning Paths is like your GPS. Tell it where you want to go and it shows you the best way to get there. No guessing and no detours – just a clear list of training courses to take and certifications to earn. Each course builds on the previous one, so you grow your skills smoothly as you move down the path.
Your Learning Path:
Of course, you can also follow additional learning paths and build your certification portfolio to further develop your career opportunities.
For ServiceNow customers, Learning Paths ensures access to specialized skills and uniformly high standards, whether you are training your own people or working with a ServiceNow partner. For our partners, Learning Paths provides ways to expand into new specialization areas and build confidence with your customers.
I’m incredibly excited about our Learning Paths and new product training. With this training and certification solution, we are creating product experts who can accelerate your ServiceNow implementation.
It puts us all on the road to even greater success.
By the way, I checked, and the fastest route from Boston to Cincinnati is through Buffalo, not New York. The New York route is shorter, but apparently the traffic kills you. Enough said!
