ServiceNow NowForum Europe 2017

Experience working at lightspeed as the NowForum events come to Paris, Amsterdam, London and Frankfurt

Continuing the charge towards lightspeed to drive the future of digital transformation, ServiceNow will stage the European sectors of its NowForum conference and exhibition series this October and November 2017.Combined, the four European NowForum events will welcome thousands of business leaders, technology practitioners and ServiceNow customers who are leading the charge to deliver smarter, faster business services.

With so many attendees now engaged and empowered by developments in the fast-evolving ServiceNow roadmap, what can we expect from the NowForums?

The service revolution engine powers forward

The European events, which kick off with NowForum Paris on 3 October 2017 at Espace Grande Arche, mark a

continuation and progression of the annual ServiceNow Knowledge17 event, held in Orlando in May of this year. In a packed series of one-day sessions, each NowForum event will feature a core mix of keynote addresses, followed by deeper-dive analytical tracks and customer presentations. Each is designed to illustrate the mechanics of digital transformation through a services-centric mindset, underpinned by the advantages of intelligent automation.

Featuring the option to discover tailor-made content customised by specific industry challenges and interests, NowForum is designed to be a practical demonstration of how organisations can now increase their operational velocity at the same time as driving down risk.

Views from the top

Our recently-appointed CEO John Donohoe will join me in leading the keynotes NowForum Amsterdam on 10 October 2017 and NowForum London on 12 October 2017. CEO Donahoe will explain how adopting a proactive approach to IT Service Management (ITSM) has been and can continue to be a game changer for all enterprises. ServiceNow NowForum will carry this central message forward and help to clarify the approach that firms should now take when looking to simplify and automate workflows across key technology zones inside their business models.

VP of strategy Chris Pope will join me at NowForum Frankfurt on 14 November 2017 to continue this narrative at the keynotes, highlighting the opportunity to transform the business world by simplifying and automating work and adopting the latest innovations in machine learning within IT, security, human resources, customer service, and across the enterprise.
